    Fair play to FAI

its not often we compliment them but fair is fair they are taking the league by the scruff of the neck and making things happen in Dublin

2 decent all seater stadiums in the capital makes sense and with the deal the dub clubs are gonna get it will be an offer they cant refuse and will help them start with a clean slate and spanking new stadiums

Its good for the league and finally we may be getting to a stage when our product will look well and be a serious professional league not a mickey mouse one thats at this stage light years behind the conference sides in the UK

Can you post a link where you got this news from?

I dont think all the Dublin Club would agree with you. Me, Im not a supporter of ground sharing, I prefer to see all clubs have there own turf, but I know it would take a hell of a lot of work to get top standard infrastructure for each club! But if the clubs are good and strong enough they should have no problem in raising the money to do so over a 5-10 year period because lets face it, new, well developed grounds would take that long to build away.

Rovers were not invited to any meeting re groundsharing. Pats have not met Delaney to discuss this. The South Dublin County Council have given an undertaking that we will be the main anchor tenants in Tallaght with 40 games a year. We already have a clean slate.

Most Rovers fans would be strongly opposed to this as Tallaght has been our holy grail for a decade.

Personally think boez would be mad to share with oily.

We're not light years behind the conference on the playing field anyway.
