    Free stuff in Dublin

I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed the ammount of free stuff being practically forced on commuters in Dublin these day's

While walking the short distance from Connolly stn. to Lower Abbey St. This Morning
I was offerd a mini pack of crunchy nut cornflakes, an evian detox pack(in girlie pink Bag) Two free newspapers, and a life recruitment pen, jebus I must look like I'm hungry Thirsty and need to write down the No. of the samaritans or something,
so has anyone else been offered ridiculous free stuff lately

nah i think its great! used to work near Harcourt St, and passing Stephens Green everyday, there'd always be free promotional crap. When it was boiling hot during summer, the odd time there'd be some lasses promoting ice cream or bottled water, more of it i say! and now theres Metro newspapers too, freeloader heaven!
