    Shane Barrett

    Taken from RTE
He is the latest signing to link up with manager Stephen Henderson at St Colman’s Park. The Dubliner has already signed Shane Barrett along with ex Cork City stars Kevin Murray and Colin P O'Brien.

Tell me this is a different Shane Barrett!

    Its a different Shane Barrett,

    Taken from cobhramblers.com:

"Cobh Ramblers wish to announce the signing of Shane Barrett. Shane, whose brother Deccie played for Cork Senior Hurlers, has been unavailable for the last two years due to work commitments but has now signed on for the coming season. Shane is a strong , aggressive midfielder who previously had trials with Derby County."

    Thank god for that!

Not a chance of getting a player like that down to the first division. Well not yet anyway.

Sharks are as tough as those football fans who take their shirts off during games in England in January, only more intelligent.

Shane Barrett is not from Dublin.
