Best Ever Eircom League site, for the league in general and a club's?
For the Eircom League, has to be the old www.eircomleague.net, Johnny Ward's site. No site was close in back in the day, and so site has come close since.
For a club, I don't think that any is acceptional (though some look very good) toss of a coin between the current Cork, Pats and Shels sites.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
whatever happened to hospitalpass.net?
Spoke to him by phone in April last year - he's working for Setanta Sports doing some match reports on the domestic game for the website iircOriginally Posted by dcfc_1928

Foot.ie's the best for me.
The number of things I've learned here about what's going on in the EL and abroad is amazing.
Take a bow all you Footypersons.![]()
Apart from foot.ie, I mention ShelsWeb (shelbournefc.ie), dublincityfc.net, shamrockrovers.ie and even Kildare County surprised me a lot site-wise
I think lot of EL clubs have decent sites.
Also, A Face's site on the EL grounds is great.
Official site by the FAI is a disgrace. Updates always very slow, much slower than the club sites. Knowing that lot of clubs have a volunteer webmaster while the FAI can afford a professional one, it's a disgrace that several clubs are more up-to-date than the FAI's EL site.
ooops meant to mention Athlone Town's excellent site.![]()
Apologies atfconline![]()

At present, the best is quite simply foot.ie, no other site comes near. A lot of press reports and stories start here......

The forum was a joke!Originally Posted by Dodge

Ah, they were the good old days when you could post what you liked.
Got a bit hairy in Amsterdam in 2000 when I met some Rovers fans who were giving it loads, "You're the CCFC bloke, aren't ya!?"
Had a good laugh about it after.
Rovers used to play in the Premier Division in those days and had a good following.

It was a link to that site but you couldn't tell what it was, i said i'd advertise it.

That old forum was so funny - got through many a workday on there. No rules and multiple handles made it funnier. Lord Dublin - so funny. Then SRFC Thief stole the forum and burned it in a field.
