Fair play to ya, but very surprised that you have been following so so long and your not involved in th club, ya must be the longest serving supporter who actually does'nt do anything to help the club, well apart from your season ticket money that is.....

Well obviously i wouldn't be running the club hence i said the experts do that.

I'll stick to being a fan for now.

Which of the above do you do on match days?

I do my work outside match days actually, trying to bring a few club into the club Via advertising, tough job but was successful enough last season doing it. Virtually a full time job which i do not get paid for on top on my own job

You do great things for the club ROO and as far as i know i think we will take you up on your offer of the player sponsorship! But i like doing the fan thing. Believe me, i'd love to help out and i have before on numourous occasions but being a fan you need to be there. Getting the atmosphere going. It's kinda like a task to get all the flags up(Grasshopper take a big bow), getting the drums ready etc etc. I don't know who RAFA B is but help in that quarter would be appreciated. Where do you stand at matches? Would you like to become a ''member of the shed''? The more the merrier!

I H8 CORK... God this thread is ****ing me off so much. Since Cork won the league it seems they are always right..(the fans) Nobody said that they are but it seems they have that attitude. I liked Cork before but my god my liking has gone downhill ever since the league win! You guys on here think that everything about Cork City is done in the right manner and anything that is said about your club or involves your club whether it be right or wrong you go on the defensive so much. It seems that nobody elses opinion matters(again not siad by anyone). Why don't we call this site Cork fans.ie!

I was talking to a few people from the 'upper echelons' of CCFC over the last few days and it seems the Devlin story is completely true.

Yes of course they were lying, I'm lying too and so was Eanna when he first posted the topic.
Yourself, Devlin et al are, on the other hand, a bastion of truth and integrity!

Where did we say everything done by CCFC is done in the correct manner? Our club has a load of issues and problems, take a spin over to our official site and you'll see plenty evidence of that, and of our admitting it.

But that's not the function of this thread, the discussion is on whether Pat Devlin was involved in Liam Kearney's (now looking botched) deal with Heerenveen.

Roo, that's just sad, even though you've avoided commenting on it, Colm and I both know that what you wrote about the Kearney deal is factually incorrect. So either you made it up to add credence to what Grogan/Devlin/whoever told you, or they made it up when telling you.
That's something for you to answer for yourself.

Nothing has changed ..... We all still think Devlin was involved.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
