As an ex player (not first team) I used to go to quite a lot of UCD matches until I relocated from Dublin. Anybody ever know what happened to Dazzlers old team mates David Quinn, James timmons Ted O'Connor, Steven Lynch and Barry Moran etc? Doolin did quite a big clearout around 2002 if I remember?

Well Ted O'Connor went to Kilkenny City as far as I can remember and promptly disappeared of the EL radar. James Timmons is with Pegasus in the Leinster Senior League. Barry Moran returned to his native west of Ireland as far as I can recall. Steven Lynch I think returned to Longford . David Quinn, don't know where he went to.

Cheers for that. In my opinion, Doolin never gave a lot of those players a chance...especially the strikers. The way he had UCD playing at the time did not suit goalscorers. What kind of stuff are they playing under Pete Mahaon?

Barry Moran was with Galway either last year or the year before I think.

    Still with them, I think.

James Timmons went to America, where he was on the team that won the Mississippi championship or something. In the national quarter-finals, his team met the one who had knocked out Hugh Davey's side in the previous round. Timmons actually re-signed for us at the start of the 2004 season but never made the bench, I think.
