Cork born midfield player, who is an Irish Youth international. He was picked up from junior football in Cork and made his first team debut in a FAW Premier Cup match at Conwy United in October 1999.

His Football League debut came towards the end of that same season in a 1-0 home win over Colchester United. Dave can play in midfield or at right-back, and it was in the latter where he made the majority of his appearances for the reserves last season.

This season he started the campaign at right back, but a cartilage operation forced him out of the side for several months.
