I am now planning for next season in the first. An active youth policy is now my priority.
The last time I was there I got promoted as Champions and went onto win the big league straight away.
Thinking along those lines myself TBH....we'll i'd like to avoid relegation though. But just bought two 4 rated 19 year olds and wouldn't mind getting them up to 5 by seasons end. Some tough choices ahead with regards to letting staff go.

From the rules:
It seems to effect keepers more than other players.If a player has this symbol he/she has deep feelings for the club and he/she will perform roughly 5% better than players without this quality. He/she will also fight harder than others when the team is struggling and will perform an extra 3% better than other players if your team is losing.
If you had a few defenders and particularly keepers, it would seriously affect ability to hold onto goal leads. Midfielders and strikers not really affecting them. I'd say it doesn't matter for any higher skilled players
The Murdersquad's defence was a prime example of this

Have to say I'm delighted with our last two results given we've played two 4 rated 19 yo's. Though I will admit that the defender was subbed by Pearcey today when he got injured. Not looking forward to going to the Empress though.
Shocker in the 1st Div - bigger than the Sligo/Wexford game even - Burton beat UCD 3-1 at the Bowl. Fags take top spot after yet another demolition.
185 games in, Valentia's best performance ever. He's having a field-day lately with Cobh going to skill 10 and immediately being marked
Next up is Pants and our recent struggle with them at home and our poor home form this season suggests that Pants will get the lead and hold it this time.
