Anyone know how the non-league clubs in the draw were chosen - were the same clubs from the same stage last season invited again?

The draw FAI Carslberg Senior Challenge Cup 2002 interim season has been made with the two Preliminary games taking place on 7th July and the ten First Round matches down for decision on 14th July. All matches are to finish on the day with exra time and penalties if necessary..
