Ya from the left. (another nominee was where he did the same from the other side in the same half of the same match.)
    Fair play to him.
Great goal and a fine talent.
Seemed to fade a bit when he went to Derry as the team wasn't built around him yet i was a very happy camper to see Killian Brennans name on the teamsheet last Friday week.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

Paddy hasn't had a break from football for 2 seasons as he left Rochdale for Rovers and because we play Summer football he didn't get a rest. He will be even more of a star next season.

I've never seen a player destroy a team as much as he did that night, he beat us on his own, fcukingfantastic display from him with 2 absolutey amazing goals......

I remember talking to a few of the Bray players after the match over a few pints and they were saying that no matter what they did they just could'nt stop him...

Defo deserves goal of the season, i went for a McCourt 1,2,3

of the 8 goals, 4 were scored by Rovers (Mc Court x 3 and Jay McGuinness) and 2 were scored against us.
more evidence about how much we will be missed

Yeah, teams will have to score against someone else now.

Not so sure, super talent that he is he doesn't seem to last 90 mins(not that he's had much chance at Derry to prove it). I love watching him play but imop Kearney should've got the pfai young player of the year for his overall contribution to Cork. Paddy's season seemed to end when he left Rovers

The other school of thought is that he made more of an obvious impression in a poor team than he did in a quality side.

IMO Kearney is as inconsistent as McCourt. As mentioned on numerous occasions he had played in two consecutive seasons due to us playing Summer football. He'll be on fire next trerm after a good rest.

No way, Mccourt has been unbelievable to watch - only played very good once against us though, and that was at the start of the season - scored a very good goal in that match too!!

However from seeing the highlights on tv3 he's just a different class to most others in the EL imo - will be great to see him in the EL again next season - a special player

Bringing PMcC to Rovers and letting him play in the manner in which he did was the only reedeming feature of Roderick's time at our club.

No doubt McCourt can score spectacular goals but from the 4-5 games i've seen him he did nothing in those games.

Kearney was in poor form near end of City season.

Roy O'Donovan should have got young player award.

Well done Paddy. One of the best players I've ever seen. Thank you for those 7 goals.
