Well you are wrong on one point Raptor, the Stde Del Alpi is rarely if ever sold out.

I see you've lost count. It was 10-2. Much like titles won around then, it has no bearing on the present.

cos bohs get how many in these days?

the issue with Loyal Orange Phibsboro isnt that you sold the terrace rather than do something with it, its the bit of the pitch you threw into the deal too... sums up your ambition that the actual turf was for sale to fund day to day running of your club.

the fact that we have the same arrangement with local government as most of europes elite clubs amuses you really shows how petty gypos are. your situation of selling bits of your stadium to survive is better than ours of having a municipal stadium with the odd kiddies cup final? time for a reality check bohs

    Talk About being mis-quoted
I said that to compare tallaght with the above ground's is a bit mad
on the sale of the shopping center end it's not great that they sold a couple of feet of grass but I find it a bit rich for rovers fans to be berating us for selling a bit of the ground when everyone knows what Louis Done to miltown
a bit of the pot calling the kettle ..........................

The thing is WE didnt sell of our stadium, a previous owner did, as Bohs pride themselves on being a members club the decision to sell off pieces of their ground little by little rests entirely with their members, does it not?

Hardly an acurate comparison to what befell our good selves nearly 20 years ago!

Jebus what are you talking about piece by piece we got a lot of money for a part of the ground that has been good for nothing but hanging flags on for years now the fact that we lose a couple of feet(which are behind the dead ball line anyway) from the longest pitch in the league is hardly selling off the stadium piece by piece if you think that we are going to sell any more of the ground you are clearly delusional

Wasn't that my point? To compare any eL stadium/average attendance to serie A or la liga is verging on the Insane

bit defensive arent we? are those bold hoops getting close to the bone?

get real, rather than try and do something positive with the former home of irish football, you let it crumble and then decided not to even bother trying to do something positive with it, but sell a chunk of the stadium and pitch to the developers.
are you 100% sure the pitch wont be smaller? hand on heart now!! where will the new mini-stand go?
and i think the connaught stand will be next to be honest. because you club is in a severe financial hole.

I have no defense for that it is a shame that dalymount isn't a 35,0000 all seater bowl shaped stadium but unfortuneately the clubs members didn't have the vision to spend millions in acheiving this as quite clearly if we had of done we would be selling it out every week

the only reason rovers moan about the connaght st side is because you are the only fans in the league who have to use it because you cant be trusted to share the jodi like your civilized counterparts from every other club in the country, at least now you wont be using it we can fix it up with out worrying that the money spent will be wasted when you wreck the place

I do fear you may be right about this. hopefully it will not come to that but if it does fcuk it id rather no connaght st to no Bohs

what is the capacity of the Jodi? 2,600?
what is the worst derby crowd we have seen in 10 years? 3,000?
    the best? 12,000?

so if you can figure a way of putting us all in the Jodi id be intrigued. Its about numbers, not segregation. nice try with the red herring.

Now back to the subject in hand, how much smaller will your pitch be and when will the connaught turn into apartments.

If it was solely about numbers then you would have 950/1,100 fans in the jodi like cork and derry did this year
How many rovers fans are allowed in the Jodi for games against bohs?
    and why?
the rest of you could go in the shed or the connaght

Are you even a member of Bohs? The dogs on the street in D7 are worried about the future of Dalymount. And you're not?
