O'Donovan ws only in first season as senior pro so can excuse some of his over exuberance.

You still standing by that? Because it was a pretty ridiculous statement even the other day and it looks even more laughable now.

Greg O'Halloran, Billy Woods and possibly even Neal Horgan are players that Cork City should be looking at replacing if they're serious about moving up to the next level.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

Greg is good at what he does, and that is to disrupt the game.

Billy is not a spring chicken.

But, Hoggie is definately worth keeping. Very solid, good pro and VERY UNDERRATED!

O'Halloran isn't a bad spoiler. But there's better out there. And his distribution at times... He's a poor full-back though whatever about his strengths in midfield.

Billy Woods is past it. Agreed. Let him go and replace him.

And Neal Horgan... I did say 'possibly', I don't think he's a bad player by any stretch but I'm not sure he'll ever be really top drawer. And when you say he's a good pro, I was under the impression that techically he's not actually full-time. I know that's not what you meant but I think that's pretty relevant too. If he won't/can't go full time I'd have my doubts about retaining him.

Cork City have the basis of an excellent squad and if they make the right changes now. I'm curious to see what's going to happen. That's all.
