    Brasilian league on tv

I happened to come accross a portugese channel 'Record' (ch.830 on the digibox) showing Brasilian league football about 6.00pm Mondays. Today's game was Flamengo v someteam. The referee carries a spraycan in his pocket. Whenever there was a free kick and there were many, the ref walks the 10 paces takes out his can and sprays a white line on the grass. That's it, no more hassle, the defenders get their wall set up on the line with no fuss. If players act like kids then treat them like kids and they will respond.
Only one goooaal scored by Flamengo in the last minute (cue samba hysteria).
I think they are the South American champions if so then they will be playing Liverpool for the world title. Pity Robbie Fowler won't be playing

Think that was posted on here before. It's a new thing FIFA are testing out, if it works, it'll be introduced worldwide.

Yep, just wipes off easily afterwards.

Channel 425 (on channel 425 on sky, suprisingly) seems to do a lot of the totally surreal 'virtual horse racing', but also shows a Brazilian match on Sunday night.
