Star 2 - 0 Geraldines.

Heard the game was stopped with 10 minutes to go because a star player sufferred a broken leg/ankle. But dont think it was from a tackle from another player. I was told he fell awkwardly.

Like I said I was told that it was called off. But looking at the LDMC site it seems the result will stand.So maybe the full 90 was played and my friend was mistaken about it been abandoned.

Match was abandoned..result stands tho...takes an age to get ambulance etc...always called off in these situations.
Saw Caherdavin Sunday...pure muck...dont know how they have been beaten just twice..Caherdavin and Shannon the big losers this weekend as losing advantage over the others around...midweek games will sort it out even more

Yeah result stands as it was the Geraldines manager that asked for the game to be blown up when he heard the ambulance would take up to 15minutes.

Bilko Mc broke his ankle and will be out for the season.

Star beat a very average Geraldines team comfortably in the end.

Star now require a maximum of 20pts from remaining 10games to win the league and 19pts to be promoted, and that is based on all other contenders picking up maximum pts between now and the end of the season.

really good win for us on sunday against caherdavin, a really tight first half level 1 a piece at half time we started to play much better and tacked on 3 goals in 15 mins caherdavin scored a free kick last kick of game. heard after game caherdavins subs have been the only ones training past couple weeks bad attitude to have when u still have chance of promotion. change in personal up front made huge difference for us

top six win so only getting tighter each week mid week matches will sort things out id say.

Agree with all except I think Caherdavin will beat Coonagh.

Shannon, Summerville, And the last 2 will be tight. I can see Wembley and Corbally winning but they should be close games.

Agree with all predictions bar Coonagh V Caherdavin...The last game Caherdavin were behind 3 times and only scored in injury time to earn a draw from a free kick by a player who is now out injured. I saw them both in action and think Coonagh at home will win..especially the local rivalry...

ya wobbler was dropped and seamus mul was up front he destroyed caherdavins defence, course i play with wembley in about my 6th season with them was actually in the side last time we were premier.

good chance of our cup game against caherdavin being off sunday our minors up in castlebar and our manager is also minor manager
