    well the catch is that you ahve to initally put on 5 pound or more which lasts forever as far as i could make out. and then the calls are free, trust me ive been using it to ring home and ring aus. its quality. nothing wrong for me anyhow.

    Sure they can. Everything in and out of this country goes through a telico's network. All they have to do is identify the VOIP packets and add delays and errors. Do it circumspectly enough and you've got deniability and you've made your competitor's QOS look like dog-****.
