Singapore accomodation ..

If anyone has stayed near Changi airport, Singapore (somewhere cheap) could you give me the name of the place. Looking for somewhere resonable but with an en-suite (need somewhere to do my hair).

Also going to stay in Kuala Lumpa for a few nits anyone know anywhere nice to stay there?
