    Kennedy in World Cup Sweat

    sports.com

Mark Kennedy is still sweating on his World Cup fitness despite being included in Mick McCarthy’s 23-man squad. Kennedy is due to see a specialist for an update on his troublesome groin injury on Tuesday and will be put through his paces when Ireland play Sunderland at the Stadium of Light next week in the Niall Quinn testimonial.

    Wink

Carsley seems to be the Kelvin of the irish squad. Although that does sound a bit cruel........to Kelvin

Maybe Lee might eat one dodgy pie too many?

    Riverdance !!

That is Mark Kennedy the Daewoo Dancer, you know the one, the guy caught "horseplaying" with Crappy Baaby on a ban gardas car. If you were 12 you would still be too old for that kinda carry on. Mark the Muppet stay at home for the love of god.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Reid should be in instead of Kennedy and Healy instead of Carsley. That's if Mick had any guts...

    "Kennedy in World Cup sweat"

Just noticed the irony of that statement.

Performing for 45mins every 10 or so games isn't good enough for an international footballer.

Sorry to disagree but I think Mick was right to bring them the lads Healy and Ried are too young, look what's happened to the youth squad against South Africa (eurosports) they were knocked off the ball by a more physical South African side, Cameroon would have a field day with Healy and Ried as would Germany (who have reverted to an eighties style football with no skill just dirty), their day will come and they will be much better player what ever about Carsley and Kennedy they are just better prepared for these matches, I haven't said they are better players just better prepared. The futures bright the futures GREEN
