    The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

    No. If it was real, the audience would have been laughing too. It's quite likely he'd have walked off the set too. If I was his producer (had it been real), he'd have been dragged off the set. Only a really stupid producer would have thought that was good television; although obviously there are an awful lot of stupid producers out there right now.
