    Limerick fined by league body


    November 3, 2005

    First Division club Limerick FC have been fined by the eircom League’s Disciplinary Commission for having inadequate pitch markings for their recent clash with First Division leaders Sligo Rovers at Hogan Park.

    Limerick were handed down a fine of €50 after inadequate markings for the October 21st game were included in the match report of referee Padraig Sutton.

    Several First Division players were handed suspensions by the Disciplinary Commission.
