    I mustn't have noticed it originally but heard on news last night that was a 10 year plan. Now that is very funny. IMO this government couldn't complete that plan in 20 years. Where will we get €9 billion a year to fund this?

    This seems more & more like a scam thought up at FF bootcamp a couple of weeks ago.
