    First division profligacy continues

Sligo Rovers missed a golden opportunity to open up a five point lead at the top of the first division as they were held to a 0-0 draw by Kildare County tonight. The result just highlights how costly Cobh's loss was on Saturday night.

Well it just shows that unless drastic changes ,in whatever club gets promoted, don't occur they will go straight back down.Sligo have taken 6 out of a possible 18 points available and they're still top by 3 points.Terrible league the 1st Division.

There is their problem ... that is fairly poor, considering the run they were on !!

I'd like to see you in a play-off with Harps.
I think it would be good for the league.
