The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

How did Red FM get in contact with him is beyond me ??
And it doesn't say much for them if they still think he is reliable ??

Can one of the official/bigger Cork Supporter's Clubs get in-touch with RedFM and point out to them that the guy is a publicity-seeking arch-fantasist and that his supporter's group doesn't actually exist ?

They should carry some weight with the local station, and the Hunter joke has really been going for too long now......

His poppa owns a well-known Dublin Travel Agency, so he has a database of customers who have travelled to away internationals. He refers to this as his own supporters club.

It's a bit more than that, to be fair. He both presents himself, and is treated by the media, as the fan's voice in Irish football. Claims to be the head of a body called the Irish Football Supporter's Association, with allegedly 70,000 members !

Reality is that the IFSA doesn't exist outside of Hunter's mind, and the 70,000 list is apparently his daddy's database of anyone who's travelled on any sort of sporting trip (incl rugby) with his dad's firm since the year dot.

We therefore have one delusional individual going around saying anything he wants, claiiming to be representative of the views of Irish football fans. And the media have bought it. Comical really....

Which gives me a thought - from now on, he should be referred to as 'Comical Alan', in the spirit of the delusional Iraqi Minister of a similar name....

How about people send a few emails into REDFM telling them about this!
