Very sad to see Roy retire - the best player I have seen in an Irish jersey (going back to the 70's) - Shame that his legacy will always be tainted by Saipan

Re his position in the hierarchy of greatest ever Irish players, only Brady would be up there with him in my opinion. Mc Grath was a great player but not at the same level and as for Kevin Moran - great servant of Irish football but are ye pulling the proverbial???
