at least we cant be drawn with the Swiss again.

I'd just want to avoid the Dutch, IMO they are the only current European side that is world class

7 in each group with the top 2 qualifying automatically. No more playoffs.

Some people here need a bit of cop on. We'll be in PotD by the looks of things.

A potential team of
Given, Finnan, Dunne, O'Brien, Harte(?)
Alan Quinn, Steven Reid, Andy Reid, Damien Duff
Robbie Keane, Stephen elliot

with the right manager, the right tactics and in the case of one or two a kick up the whole(!), could do veryw ell in a group of :

Germany,
Romania,
Norway,
Eire,
Iceland,
Cyprus,
San Marino

Obviously the draw will dictate what our chances are.
On the flip slip of that we could get a group with:

Holland,
Italy,
Eire,
Ukraine,
Albania,
Belarus,
Kazakhstan.

I don't think we'll be as bad off as everybody thinks.

To be honest lads, I think the whole seeding thing is a load of p1ss. We can always beat teams better than us or at least draw if we are properly motivated, a proper manager and all the players are fit.
