The tongue or nose would have to be on the "delete" button as the other buttons are too far away

There's a CTRL and ALT on both sides of the keyboard so it can be done with 1 hand.

But the delete is on the far side. Unless you've got fingers like ET, you can't reach all 3 at the same time.

There's a ctrl & alt to the right of the space bar and to the left. Using the ones on the right I can do ctrl+alt+delete with 1 hand. There just did it. On this keyboard anyway.
