    U21 Cup Final

I wonder what the chances are of getting this on Setanta ? I know they cover quite a lot of under age Schools rugby, so why not the best in rising Irish football ? just a thought....

Bray Vs. Pats in the Carlisle Grounds, 2 very good sides and it should be a cracking game, always plenty of goals as well when these 2 sides meet.

Being honest i haven't been to many 21s games this season... BUT if i was to go down with the regular guys from the Shed and try make a bit of noise for the lads, would i be slated. As in, only comes down when we're involved in the final...????

I was talking to SDG bout that. He says there's always loadsa the regulars down there so I don't think it'd be too strange to start something up.

    What day is the final?

The lads need all the support they can get. I've been to nearly all home and away games and the lads have a very regular if not small support base, would be great to get a half decent crowd for them to play in front of.

Pats beat Mullingar 5-0 last nite in the semi.
The final is set for tuesday 4th October in the Carlisle according to the officials at the game last nite.

Pats have beaten Bray twice this season in the league so hopefully it wont be 3rd time lucky for the wanderers

It will be in the Carlisle, it was announced before the semis that the winner of Bray-Sligo would get home "advantage" in the Final. Any idea how much it'll cost?

I am going to pay, don't worry. It's just I went dswn for the semi and, having assumed it would be free like the last u21's matches I'd been at, I'd brought no money.

I thought it was a pretty good match. It was nice to see a Bray team able to stand up to pressure in the final third for once.

"I have a mate..." Really reliable source. Don't be spreading bull**** like this if you've no concrete evidence.

Jebus .... your mate has great eyesight if he saw something like that !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
