Suppose we just assume Doran and George are out injured so? Missed oast 2 games. Since the club probably aren't gonna tell us. Whatever about George, but praying that Doran isn't for long

Don't think Doran is serious, no idea about George. Tbf, how many clubs issue truthful injury updates?
Doesn't matter, doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing it. All of last season I was wondering where Walsh and Ibrahim were cuz we were never told anything. Bad enough we don't get told when someone is signed, never mind when someone is injured or gone. Drives me up the wall
Yeah I get that but I think you'd probably be shocked how few people are actually involved in the running of the club. We've barely enough people to run an LOI TV stream.
It's the kind of thing that could be mentioned in the tweet where they announce the starting XI, doesn't need to be an article or anything
It's not a season ender if it doesn't happen, but would really like to see us win at least 1 of the next 3. Nobody is annoyed over losing to Cork, but these are the 3 games we have to start eyeing up points and getting kick started a bit. I'd rather feel like we're in a playoff hunt now than the last round of games like last year
Edit: Now Treaty and Kerry have their first wins. Pressure on now, and that might be no harm

Delighted with the win tonight. Great ti get first win.
Rode our luck a bit early in the second half but lovely second goal to give a cushion. Lots of good performances but thought big Cole was excellent. Williams lively too.

Grand Job that was. Moves us from 10th to 5th. Still early days and means fk all but just nice to get the monkey off the back and put a nice spin on it. No reason why we can't win at least 1 of the next 2 and put an even nicer spin on the table
Thought that was our most complete performance under Wayne. The front two together is a game changer, it's like they've played together forever.
I was sceptical of Cole signing but he has been IMMENSE and seems to have really bought into things. Alex O'Brien will play at a much higher level. We'll do well to keep lads like him, Murtagh and Sean Moore.
Wexford are massively disappointing for the money they're spending
It's a credit to Wayne that he's spotting young lads that have real potential when given regular games. Ideal profile of player for a club like ours currently

Groves has been a brilliant appointment and I'll challenge anyone who says otherwise. I'll confidently say we're the smallest budget for the last couple of seasons yet he has us competing in almost every game. We lose games of course, but rarely ship a real tanking. He's done a great job and really improves players too. Likes of Manuel, Moore, Irhue, Murtagh (amongst others) are great examples of lads who came in and looked very raw last year but now look well able for the level. Workrate can never be faulted too - he really seems to have everyone buying into the whole thing which is great to see as a fan paying your 15 quid in at the gate.
That has been his best attribute easily is finding these young lads. Not all of them will be a hit and that's fine. Last season when we first signed all these young lads I hadn't much hope but this time with the likes of McCarthy, Errity, Canavan etc, I'm more open to seeing how they grow and progress under Grovesy
I couldn't agree more lads. Yee have really hit the nail on the head.
It was very impressive that De Town started with such a fast pace after a hard fought match down in the Munster FA Turners Cross stadium last week. There have been times in previous seasons where there have been heroic performances followed by very flat games the next week.
There seems to be a good team spirit with the squad and Wayne. As well as young players proving that they can play at a high level you have an experienced player like Williams giving everything. The amount of battles and duels players are winning - it's very easy to get behind them.
As was pointed out Murtagh and Williams has the potential to be an exciting partnership.
