We begin with Niall Brookwell's contract renewal - presumably these announcements will be released on a periodic basis between now and Christmas:

It looks as if the club might be heading towards a more full time model, at least with a significant number of players on full time contracts (rumour has) and Brookwell on a multi year contract would certainly confirm that thought process.
The reality is the division is starting to follow suit, the way things are going. How sustainable it all is only time will tell, but one thing for sure is that in the short to medium term it is unlikely we will see a part time club gain promotion.
We need to get Teahan tied up, but if a premier team comes in then he will go for sure. Recruitment is so important- looking forward to see what Healy (& Dennehy) do over the next few weeks. Season expected to start a week earlier too so most teams will be back pre season training this side of Christmas, getting deals done early is important.
Ewan Lee the next name to be ticked off this afternoon.
Need a very good CB to allow Brookwell to move to midfield. Teehan is getting better every year so would be great to tie him down and hopefully Ryan is well enough for a full preseason. That's a good solid spine.
"Daniel O’Connor, Carl Mujaguzi, Tim-Oliver Hiemer, Kevin Williams, Kennedy Amechi and Chris McQueen will all depart the club on the expiry of their contracts at the end of the month.
Robbie Cleary will also return to his home club, Salford City, after a successful loan spell in the Kingdom."

Not really surprised with any of these departures, both Maqueen and KW fell out of favour towards end of season. Majuguzi was decent but again you don’t know what wages players were on so can come down to value too.. surprised Joe Adam’s is not on the list, especially when Healy goes on so much about fitness and athletes.
Brings us on to signing of Häkkinen- an athlete and probably a better player than we think too. Another multi year deal too, the club are going for this clearly over the next 2 years!!!
Cian Brosnan has committed to the 2026 campaign. 💪

It is great to see the club start to announce the players that have been retained. No surprises to those who have left, exception of McQueen, who started the first half of the season as one of the best defenders in the league to fall way back in the latter months. I can see Williams at Treaty or Cobh next year. A good servant for the club but hasn't kicked on at all and Ewan Lee & rising Finn Barrett probably a key factor in letting him go.
Delighted with Hakkenin, always looked assured and rock solid against us, a sign of better players coming in for sure than those who have left. Cian Brosnan key player to retain, if the club is going full time, then he will only get better and could be a top division one forward in the next 12 months.
Given Healy has a first proper off season of recruitment, he surely would have been given assurances to a sizable budget to challenge for a Top 5 next year.
Let's see what unfolds over the next few months.
