A low energy game from a Kerry perspective both in the stands and on the park. Probably to be expected after the excitement and energy around last weekend's semi final. The second half fizzled out disappointingly. Wexford took their chances well. Kerry have two away games next week. Looks like they'll be running on empty.

Well done to Dundalk ….. hopefully they’ll install a new grass pitch and put some money into providing reasonable away facilities.
100% agree on both, but it won't be next season, both are well overdue and most Dundalk fans fully aware of the need to improve on this.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), only Irish club to win a game / points in Europa League Group Stage (2016).

Dundalk FC surviving was just as important to me as anything else in a strange way, now lets hope for consolidation, the additional investment mooted and start to thrive starting with 8th place next season, that would do me. Get cracking on replacing the pitch asap, strengthen the squad and let Kilduff continue to show that he is a managerial talent. Happy times with no small amount of relief and apreciation for just being around!

*I should add that I never ever want to need winning that trophy ever again!!
I suppose I should be magnanimous and say well done Nesta and say ( through gritted teeth😁) welcome back to the big time.
We haven't missed your woeful football ground, but we have missed your teams inimitable "bantz" and character. I look forward to Rovers struggling to get a draw at best up in OP next season!
p.s - get well so you can go to the games, mate 👍

It's possible if unlikely that St Pats win in Inchicore, they need a response to the cup humiliation and they are at home. If Derry can beat a Waterford and next up is Rovers at home and its 9 pts to 3 going in to playing Galway's must win in Tallaght well it may be a little more interesting yet but really that hinges on Derry win away to Waterford for a bit of fun for a bit longer.
Ireland have a better chance of beating Portugal. Glad youre on the mend though, and Dundalk should never have been in a relegation situation. I cant wait for this season to be over. It landed squarely in the toilet the moment Moses Dyer left, back in June. If somehow we do stay up this season, we're firm favorites to get done next year.

A shocker of a tackle, off the ground, out of control, at pace, the reddest red you’ll ever see. Like something out of a Worst Sunday League Tackles Ever video comp.

Im getting there, season is coming to an end too soon this time, Sue where's the fun in not having your least favorite team in the league. I'll even get yiz in to some local establishments for beers prior to the gaame for some proper football talk, soften the Oriel experience!
