    Cobh Ramblers (H)

It's good to have something meaningful to play for in the league this season, as opposed to last year, where our complete loss of form after the mid-season break saw us reeled in and ultimately overtaken by Longford. Cobh are unusual opponents, in that we've beaten them three times in cup competitions, but never in the First Division, and in their pursuit of Dundalk, they'll be keen for revenge for the recent Cup tie. Kevin Williams and Daniel Okwute return from suspension, though given we've been doing well in attack recently, the latter may have to settle for a place on the bench, but our captain's status remains unclear. Cobh, of course, are particularly dangerous upfront, so much like last week, our backs will need to be on their toes. A win would boost our position in the league table ahead of the Sligo match, but a draw would be far from a bad outcome.

Avoid defeat with a clean bill of health would be a good night's work for me. Interesting to see if the new centre half gets a run out. Culloty you say Dan is back tonight from suspension. Did he not get 4 games?
Hopefully the cup run gets a few extra in the gate.
    I'm going for a 1 1 draw.

Happy with that. Could have won it in the end but a draw was probably fair. New signing done well on his debut. With the height in the team now it's not panic stations from set pieces. Brosnan substitution changed the game for Kerry. More energy to the team. Cleary a different player with support.
    Hopefully Teahans injury is minor.
    Bring on Sligo.

Having questioned the teams fitness a lot earlier in the season, it’s interesting to hear Healy refer to the improvement in fitness of players a lot in his interviews over the last few weeks. This I would think is a big reason why we are competing with the likes of Dundalk and Cobh over the last few weeks - who are both essentially full time teams too.
