Disappointing year on the thunder scale; 21st April, 24th August, 13th December and 31st December, and I didn't even hear the thunder on the latter two dates. I saw lightning though on the latter two and also on the early hours of the morning of 19th August over France while flying home from Ibiza.

I observed my first bit of lightning of the year yesterday evening with three flashes out in the country. No thunder though.

Great thunderstorm (and water spout) in Bray on Saturday the 14th. Easily the best thunderstorm I've seen in this country.
