The combination of excellent local weather and the start of the Healy era should see a robust attendance this Friday at Mounthawk Park, and a healthy away following for the Munster derby can't harm matters either! Even if McCarthy had still been in charge, one imagines this week's line-up would have remained largely unchanged following the win at Belfield, and a new manager would be particularly loth to do so, as they get to know their new charges better, though Kelliher's withdrawal last week may see an enforced switch. Treaty are on an excellent run of form after defeating both Harps and Athlone, and are always stiff opponents, but we can only hope that a new coach bounce and confidence from Friday's success might help towards a second consecutive three-point haul!

The start of a new era. The new manager however has to serve a sideline ban. Chris Collopy as assistant manager will the highest ranked of the management team on the bench.
Treaty have been going well of late. Going to be a tough game. Hopefully there will be that new manager bounce. You would imagine alright that there will be minimal changes from last week. A new manager would often set out to get the defensive side of things right first.
Kerry need to improve on their discipline. A bit of an irony in looking for that and the new manager is suspended! Kerry got out of jail with Hiemer's penalty heroics last week.
All in all hard to predict what to expect. Hopefully it will be a positive start.

Tough game alright. Treaty are well drilled under Tommy Barrett, better than the sum of their parts you could say and on a good run of form too.

A win would be nice but not critical, but a defeat would be detrimental to play off chances. I would happily take 4 points from the next 2 home games and build a bit of consistency and momentum.

Looking at ticket sales online, I don’t think attendance will surpass the 1,000 mark. Plenty of stand tickets still available and away end not sold out either (which surprises me more as only circa 150 or so tickets available). Crowds tend to drop off everywhere around this time of the year also and start to pick up again around mid August. Hopefully at least 800+ to make a good atmosphere though.

Carl Mujaguzi the only change from last week with RK out injured. Possibly setting out to be defensively sound first. Dan is probably going to play as the lone forward. Might be a bit of a 4-3-2-1 about how they'll line out at times. Probably some rotation on the front three of who's going wide and playing central.

Decent first half. Defended many early corners very well and then scored when got a corner ourselves!
The 5-3-2 / 3-5-2 formation has worked well. Kerry very composed and no panic. Good control and assuredness in their play.
At half time content. I suppose Treaty will be looking to change their approach as they are playing into Kerry's hands at the moment.

Treaty started second half strong. Committed more forward. Had more possession. Kerry found it hard to retain the ball. Treaty regained possession quickly and easily.
Kerry had two penalty shouts midway through the second half. Massive saves by Hiemer again. He has been immense these last two games. Two clean sheets and back to back league wins for the first time. Good going ahead of Healy's first game in the dugout next week!!
Great fighting spirit by Kerry at the end as well. Enjoyed seeing that. Many small details of better composure by Kerry through out the game. Kerry and Cobh the only clubs to have won their last two games!!

Well summed up Legendz. Those penalty shouts could have gone either way - as the home side you expect to get 1 of them at least.
Enjoyed the first half and refreshing to see a more composed approach. The balance of the back 3 helps massively but having no recognized striker up front was a problem in the latter stages as the ball just would not stick up there.

Not sure how we are getting away with Dunne on the left side, but he made some important challenges tonight, although he does get exposed too easily at times. Thought KW put a good shift in on right side and Marjaguzi is a nice tidy player.

Treaty definitely threw the kitchen sink at us but after Trip miss (it was easier to score), I think they could be there until next Friday night and would not score. They are a decent side tho - you can see why they have taken points off Dundalk twice this season.

Got very lucky in the 2nd half but who cares. Great win. Tim outstanding again. Chris must have headed three consecutive corners clear in the first half and then scored to cap a great performance. Stand out for me though was Carol. Controlled alot of play ,always available, never gave the ball away and made some great tackles and blocks . Big player for us if we keep the ball on the deck like in the first half.
Good atmosphere in the ground as well despite the groans when nine minutes were added.
