Villa reported to be ready to end the loan to Stockport in January, as Louie has scored 13 goals in 17 appearances in EFL 1 so far this season. Villa want to see how he does in the Championship and Middlesbrough are keen. (www.birminghamworld.uk, today). The 21 year-old's last international cap was on 29 March 2021, for England U-18s.

Suffered a knee cartilage injury and had to be replaced after 41 minutes in the game at Sunderland on Saturday. Barry (21) has returned to Aston Villa to begin rehab. He was an important part of Ruben Selles' plans and Hull hope that Barry will be fit enough to play again before the season ends.
