The last game between Harps and dundalk only had about half that amount of away fans.

I'd say it is. They hosted a League Cup final there a good few years ago iirc, that was probably the biggest attendance they ever had

Aye could definitely hear a small chest from stand when they scored. About 30 would be a good estimate for total away support

Not that it matters in the slightest, but it was probably double that. Harps highlights video shows about 40-50 people in the away section and there were more in the stand.
