Burnsie, any idea what happened with the Bangor & Greenhills merger? Seems they have quietly dropped the Bangor GG name & crest but still play some games out of Walkinstown?

I don't know the details but it was abandoned very quickly - I don't think it even lasted a full season. Bangor have tended to move around the place for home games - it's not long ago they were based in Churchtown/Nutgrove - so I wouldn't read too much into that

Waterford announced during the week tickets were reduced to €12 for adults game v St Mochtas. Anyone who had already paid the higher price could get a refund on the difference.

Does the club have to get agreement with FAI and away team for a change like that. Givem they get a % of the gate.
Manager: Fergal, have you your boots with ya?
Fergal: Ya, I have them here.
Manager: Ah good stuff, well give them to this man so, he forgot his!

Looking forward to Drogheda v Crumlin tonight - a welcome break from the league and seeing the same teams over, and over and over and over again....

2025 FAI Cup 2nd Non-League Clubs Home Venues.

Fairview Rangers (Limerick) The Fairgreen capacity 1,500
Salthill Devon (Galway) Drom Soccer Park capacity 500
Bangor Celtic (Dublin) Pearse Park capacity 500
Castlebar Celtic (Mayo) Celtic Park capacity 1,500

There are some lovely grounds for League fans to visit in the 2nd round FAI Cup fixtures over the weekend. I reckon The Fairgreen in Limerick is one of the best, but all the home clubs have fine facilities available to all the visiting fans.

That's what's great about the FAI Cup!

I think there is a minimum ticket price in the competition rules. I'm not sure if any price changes have to be negotiated though.

Kerry concede a sloppy goal. Keeper let's the balls slip through his grasp.

Kerry admittedly then get away with one when not conceding what seemed like a stonewall penalty.

Kerry force the game into extra time with a goal from a free kick with the last kick of the game in normal time!

Joe Adams equalises with a superb free kick in the seventh minute of injury-time, so extra-time beckons!

What happened the students, I thought they had finally sorted themselves out over the last few weeks but that was quite the beating. Maybe it's just there something to the new Harps signings

Well, plus we had Seán Brennan on fire last week, but he's since left!
