Shamrock Rovers players being paid and on time
It’s now almost two months since the fans took control of Shamrock Rovers following the well-publicised financial problems at the club, which resulted in Branvard - the company trading as Shamrock Rovers - going into Examinership and narrowly avoiding liquidation.
It was incumbent on the new, incoming board to immediately run the club’s financial affairs in a prudent manner and learn from the mistakes of the past; mistakes that almost killed the club.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Roddys comments were idiotic. Surprised journalists don't challenge him on those comments. Rovers seem to be paying players what they can afford. Roddy clearly doesn't fancy working on tight budget & looking to be sacked again.
