The Irsh are band wagon specialists and Cork fans are the Irsh specialists! Other end of the table and PUiC would be mentioned every other week.

Tiny crowd in Bishopsgate tonight to see the Town record a rare win. 250 at best.

Which seems odd, given your attendances have been fairly healthy all season?

That would have been min 5k+ during 2014-18 era, but easier when you are challenging at the top. To be fair when they were challenging Dundalk in that era, they were one of the consistent few with large and consistent attendances.
#DundalkFC - First Irish club to win an away game in Europe (1963), only Irish club to win a game / points in Europa League Group Stage (2016).

Maybe the thumping last week didn't help. Expect we will have a few very low ones during the summer months.

Corks attendances were what all the others were aspiring to - Cork were over 4k average when no other club was averaging 3k! I had expected Cork to be second behind Rovers on the average attendances this season , but been well below that.

Responding to my original post. I just saw an article saying they have scrapped the idea. They were never going to get close to Bohs v Rover's numbers and now they are sitting seventh in the league even less likely.

Why such a poor crowd? On a winning run and a new manager? Is it the fact Galway aren't the biggest draw and they play each other 4 times?

Not sure. Fine sunny evening for a game too. I'd expect a lot more next week v Shamrock Rovers and they will bring a big away support.

Cork City madness pricing structure has to be a factor in their reduced attendances, just under 2.8k there last night, for anyone paying on the night or online, its €25 for adult and looks to be €18 for secondary children, one parent taking two kids of that age = €61, that is just far far too expensive, they should left it at e20 adults and surely e15 is enough for secondary.

Dundalk still finding it tough to get over 2k (just under 1.9k last night), and best one, I got 3 texts from mates, 'doing the BBQ instead, have it on live radio' !!!!!
