That was great, cant remember last time we came from behind for 3 points. I would give the manager credit for his changes , the first 15 mins of second half Athlone looked more likely to get a third but the subs made a difference and we were much the better side for last 30 minutes, 2 goals, disallowed goal, and at least 3 other decent chances.

Just on Manny, Wayne did say in his interview after that Manny hasn't been able to train properly with the squad for a while so that answers that, great finish though, clinical.
What a cracker of a game. Really was a belter from minute one, and Town were well worth the win in the end. It would have been a terrible defeat to take if we didn’t turn it around, but it was one of those that I always felt we were going to manage to win for some reason, it just had that feeling off it when watching it.
Athlone were very poor overall, but extremely clinical with the 2 goals they scored. Both were good finishes even if poor goals to concede from a Town point of view, particular Wade-Slater’s sliced effort of a clearance for the 2nd goal.
Two terrible misses from Ugbesia in the first half and Norris late on for us too which might have made things more comfortable for us if they went in, but a great way to win it at the end. Lovely ball through from Murtagh and clinical finish from Manny.
3 very winnable games coming up before the cup match now. Here’s hoping we can kick on.
I know as fans we are always optimistic, beat UCD and we are in the race for last play off spot! GLITW.
Bit disappointing last night, but better team won. We never play well against UCD for some reason. One of (many) reasons I don't like them
Harps on Friday is a much more winnable game, although they're on a good run themselves, 4 unbeaten. Should still be eyeing it up for a potential 3 points
Yep, not really too annoyed with last night it's one of those where we were beaten by a much better team.
UCD shaded the first half, second half a non contest. We never got near them.
The disappointment was the total lack of response to the concession of a truly awful goal.
Realistically, we were never involved in the play off race, if we can finish above the likes of Athlone, Harps and maybe a Kerry or someone like that we've probably done alright
Was literally talking with a pal yesterday about the wall and why nothing has been said since or any fundraising done. But finally something has been arranged

Fay unlisted on FAI Connect. Don't think he ever really had much of a run or impact. Had actually forgotten about him
Aye, too small, not good enough.
Decent point tonight, albeit it was almost impossible to watch the stream for much of the second half due to weather/technical difficulties. Seems like we had a few great chances late on after doing feck all attacking before that so a win could have been nicked. Two fairly evenly matched teams and a point up there never a bad result all in all.
We basically got bombarded the 2nd half until those last 10 mins. We have a habit this season of playing ****e till minute 80 and then really trying and threatening from then on. Same thing happened tonight. I'll take a point for sure.
Also they're doing that thing of not announcing signings again when everyone and their dog can already see it. But Seán Moore has signed and was on the bench tonight. Apparently he was the Bohs u20 player of the year last year. So we shall see where that goes
