I think the format works fine. All four teams get a home leg each and make a bit of cash on tickets.

There's usually places to play for up until the final weeks of the regular season too.

2pm was too early, especially for a Saturday and being out in Tallaght, so no surprise that there was so many late arrivals.

No matter what time a match is at in this country people complain. Bray to Tallaght is a nothing journey.

The GAA is worst for it. Unless it's 3.30 on a Sunday they are complaining that they will be back too late or have to leave too early!

I did see a Bray fan on X saying that if you don't drive it takes nearly 2 hours to get from Bray to Tallaght by public transport
I couldn't believe it so googled it and right enough the quickest journey time was 1hr 37mins

Train and Luas from Drogheda be quicker than that

Thats shocking! Is this via the city centre?
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

You used be able to get the DART to Dún Laoghaire and the 75 (not very regular) to Tallaght. I've lost track of bus routes with the recent changes but I think the 75 is now the L25 to Dundrum, and you can change there for Tallaght?
