Kovaleskis role in the goal can't be highlighted enough.

All over them really. They are playing into our hands with the build up from the back. Even Alan Cawley can see that.

Ref is brutal. Making it hard too watch.

Finneran is the best player on the pitch by a mile - Noonan looking incredibly dangerous. Ownership of the ball is superb.

Yeah Finneran the standout for me as well. So tidy.

All playing well though bar maybe Solanke who had a poor start but has settled. He just looks a little behind the pace. Great tackle there near the end of the half.

RTE mentioning that our #10, Ramon Martos, is grandson of Rovers (Shams & Sligo) player David Pugh.

    Super Noonan header. 3-0.

Umah had an amazing strike correctly ruled out a few moments earlier.

Panama awarded penalty - which was overturned on appeal as the handball wasn't deliberate/

Match is petering out, understandably. Noonan made a great half-chance for himself. 6-0 wouldn't flatter us whatsoever.

Very enjoyable watch. Albeit hard to gauge whether it's more Ireland being really good or Panama being fairly useless. I think Panama are fairly useless, so hopefully it's a bit of both. The big win here should more or less guarantee passage to the knockouts with two games to spare.

Panama get their deserved consolation goal. they've threatened since the 60th minute.

To be fair, Ozhianvuna has been poor since he was introduced as a sub.
    FT: 4-1

Based on the 2nd half, Panama could threaten Paraguay. Our match vs Uzbekistan on Saturday afternoon should decide who tops the table.

Surprised to see Noonan playing the full 90 with another game in three days time.

Just back from injury isn't he? But kovalevskis and Noonan have looked more dangerous for Rovers too tbh. Victor looked bright in some early season cameos.
