I think Shamrock Rovers will win it as they should win their last 3 games against Dundalk, Drogheda and Waterford and I have no faith in Shels or Derry having the bottle or ability to win enough games to finish ahead of them going by their form over past couple of months. Shels or Derry should have wrapped up league by now but they will probably draw with each other on last day to hand title to Rovers.

And the team. Both to blame.
We were good last night TBF. On another day we'd have scored a few more. However, it's not about performances at this stage of the season, it's results, and we're not getting them.

That's us done. We won't get 10 points from the last four.
We'll have a lower points total from last season, so we're going backwards again.
We should still win the cup, which would be great for Europe next year.
We'll always be left with a 'what if?' for this year though. We'll add it to the list of 1995, 2005 & 2006.

Good evenings entertainment at the MF.As expected Ucd dominated and played neat attacking football....Treaty as they do battled away and how the officials missed Mahdys free kick which was well over the line was poor.

A mate texted last night and said if McMullan had scored two or three of the 20 chances he's had this season we'd have already won the league.
As Irishmen we dilute our sense of nation by depending on the English to bring us our balls

If Harps drop points on Monday then the last round of fixtures is entirely dead rubbers..

Last 5 form guide wins & draws:
    Pat's 5-0 (15)
    Shamrock Rovers 3-1 (10)
    Galway 2-2 (8)
    Drogheda 2-2 (8)
    Sligo 2-1 (7)
    Derry 1-2 (5)
    Bohs 1-2 (5)
    Waterford 1-1 (4)
    Shelbourne 0-2 (2)
    Dundalk 0-1 (1)

Pat's and Rovers are the only clubs averaging 2 points or more per game.

It would have been 12 out of 12 for Rovers but for the unprofessional influence of the "worst ref in the league".

You seem to have erased losing 3-0 at home to Pats 2 league games ago from your memory and I can’t blame you tbf

I hate quotes “3-0 at home”.

its 0-3. Not “3-0 at home” . And ye, refs had nothing to do with it.

but if that diving **** had gotten the yellow card he deserved (also he shudda got ont v Bohs) then we’d be favourites.

its now Derrys to lose despite Shels having been home and hosed. They really did f it up

It's all swings and two balls on the pitch and throw in twenty yards from where ball went out ?

Was Bradley being, knowingly, hypocritical in his comments about how Kenny should have went down against apoel, but that comes with experience?

No, he fully accepted that mceleny took a dive and wasn't angry about that one bit, it was the incompetence of the officials not seeing what was plain as day that annoyed him.

2 points dropped by us tonight. Ends any chance of Europe realistically. Played some lovely stuff and gave away a ridiculous own goal.

I still think Pat's have it.

Which would be ridiculous given they were looking over their shoulders close on two-thirds of the way through the season.

I know Derry are trying to get rid of that pitch and the sooner it happens the better. The OG and Ellis injury would not have happened on grass. And we had two players with seroius injuries on it recently too. Its chronic.
Manager: Fergal, have you your boots with ya?
Fergal: Ya, I have them here.
Manager: Ah good stuff, well give them to this man so, he forgot his!

Was going to be an uphill challenge for Harps to get the playoffs but that's an awful way to bomb out of it.
