Playing without an out and out 9 is partly down to the squad from the looks of it. Piszcech is only back to fitness there recently, Grieve started but wouldn't consider him an out and out 9 and I think he would thrive being beside an out and out 9. That is the entirety of Bohs striking department. It's one of many glaring holes in the current Bohs squad which is being covered by playing midfielders out of position. If anyone needs a list Bohs need at least 1 LB, 2 wingers and a striker. Honestly the squad building this year has a been a disaster. I don't know that sacking Reynolds fixes any of the issues with the squad in fact it may put us back to square one as another manager may view the squad needs completely differently or worse come in and see "good LOI players" like Flores going out of contract and re-sign them when they shouldn't ever play in Bohs colours again.

He was late, he was high, he broke Greg's leg, he's a little ***** and he should have been sent off.

It’s hard to see anything but a Drogheda win here.

Fantastic crowd from Wexford. They look to have a bit about them on the pitch. Slightly better in the opening 20min.

Not a lot of quality in the game so far , hopefully it improves as the game goes on.

Yeah great crowd up from Wexford, probably their biggest ever away crowd?

That's a great goal by Wexford.

Anybody who thinks the overall standard in LOI is not improving has rocks for Brains

Can't imagine a First Division team working a goal like that 10 or 5 years ago.

That's a pretty bizarre comment. The UCD First Division teams of 2009, 2015 and 2018 played some pretty good stuff. I'm sure there's plenty other examples from other clubs. And I'm equally sure you haven't seem close to all FD goals from the last 5 or 10 years.

Hmmm. Maybe not so hard now. Drogheda will have to up things in the second half .
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

    Must have missed those semi-finals...

Wexford playing some excellent football here. This is a decent Drogheda side too.

Well (a) you didn't mention anything about semi-finals and (b) you should recall UCD playing some decent football when giving Dundalk one heck of a game in the 2018 semi-final. That was a Dundalk side who won the Premier with what was a record points tally (or very close to it), which obviously Drogheda aren't doing.

Shels look value currently on offer on Betfair @ 6.4 with a small overround so you can can that Ching and a half recent bad form notwithstanding they are 5 clear of Shamrock with equal games played.

Congrats Drogheda in the end - into the Cup final on the same weekend as the playoff final they're heavy favourites to be involved in

Great goal from Rovers. Jack Byrne with a great finish from a Neil Ferrugia cross. If Shels arent careful Rovers could be back in the title race.
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

Wouldn’t rule out Shels getting an equaliser here.

It's amazing they've led the league so long and are still leading the league, but there has to be a genuine chance they don't get Europe, even if Derry win the Cup

They just don’t look like a side on a title charge at the moment . I know they have a few missing but they lacked a spark that a side on top normally has tonight.

Best 90 mins this season by miles from us ( what a difference finally having almost everyone back and match fit).

Special mention for Jack Byrne , Sean Hoare and ( again ) Pohls and also for Coyle who is a thug masquerading as a footballer.

Derry have to be favourites now
