So a combination of a Rovers win in Derry and a Shels loss in Galway could have us a mere 5 points behind with 6 games to go.
The only problem with that logic is every time we have had a chance to get back into this race we have ****ed it up....
It would be the first really big win of the season in the league if we could pull it off and as KEvin Keegan might say "i would love it if that happened ....love it'

Would certainly make Mondays game with Bohs a big one with a chance to close the gap to Shels to 2 points..........we couldnt coujld we???? worst league in years but someone has to win it

Feels like a free hit tomorrow away to Cork. Need to win all the rest though probably to make the playoffs

Definitely anything from this is bonus territory, but for the most part, games against Cork this season were close run. Could really do with a big performance and a win.

Make or break evening ahead in the race for the title. 2 draws in galway and derry would keep the status quo but I'm not expecting a draw in either game tbh.

Hard to see us taking anything in Cork you never know I suppose….

I’ve a feeling the 2 big games in the Premier division will see home wins which would set up and interesting last stretch…..

It's one of those weekends where absolutely everything is to play for in the Premier Division.

Drogheda have to beat Bohs to have any chance of dragging Bohs back into the relegation mix, and also increase their slim chances of staying up automatic.

Pat's need to beat Waterford to gain ground on the European places. Lose this one and I'd say it's all over for their chances of sneaking into the top 3 or 4, while a win for Waterford puts pressure on Derry or Shamrock Rovers, whichever one of them slips up.

Galway need a win, Shels need a win. Galway can still get Europe, Shels need to keep the pressure up where one, or both of the teams below them can slip up.

A Galway win, combined with a Shamrock Rovers win, and the title race is definitely back to being a three horse race.

First Division is slightly more sewn up, you'd have to think. Ten points is probably too much for Cobh to make up in six games, but Harps could really do with results going in our favour this weekend.

It’s a must win tonight in Richmond. Nothing else will do if we are to salvage anything from this campaign after our terrible early season form.

Absolutely. We’ve found Waterford a tough nut to crack this season, so no reason to expect tonight will be any different. I expect a close game. On the upside we’re playing our best football of the season at the moment, so hoping that continues. Still a long shot to get Europe, but teams seem to be dropping points all over the place, so it ain’t over till it’s over. (You could make a song out of that !)
Out for a spell, got neglected, lay on the bench unselected.

A win, and I think you'll win the league. A loss, and I think that's you done. So it'll probably be a draw.

Suppose you can say this for most teams and most matches this season, it's hard one to call because nobody is consistent. If we play like we did against Shels last week, we'll score though.
