He fell off a broken seat at his first game. Should've turned off the lights there and then!
He also got into a disagreement with someone at the Drogheda away match, so he's been to a few at least.
Average salary at Dundalk is reported as 37k, sweet jaysus, that's full time Premier Division. My heart bleeds
Well we are full time Premier Division atm, but yeah if you dont have it.....its nothing but financial doping and while I think Drogs would have stayed up they deserve to stay up if they are performing within their means. Bar Hakiki maybe Dervin Im not sure we are any better than before the transfer window yet made number of signings and extended Horgans contract which is as blatant as it gets and like the auld FAI would always have caught up eventually. There is a funding opportunity, Derry fans to contribute money to better their chances of a league title, Shels the same and Waterford, Sligo, Rovers a cut of European money, and then we get over the worst the status quo remains and everyone gains by the league not having a big hitter bow out again!!
Lads while we dont like each other 4 times a year for 90 minutes, I Personally think it's very sad that we could lose a club like Dundalk, not putting anyone else down but they are in the top 4 clubs in the country, I know our league looks ****e to outsiders but it's still ours, I remember bucket collections years ago and I understand this wont help these days but like them or hate them you have to hope they survive.
