The Dines always had good under age and minor teams, but they never seem to hold on to their good players for long once they turn Junior.

Would that be due to the fact that the junior team is not that good, they have the set up and grounds but no A team.............

The Dines never really had a good "A" team in the last 8-10 years to be honest.

They have the set up and now play on 3 different home pitches, but they are just not good enough as usual.

About 8-10 years ago they had the likes of Chucka, Tommy Barrett, Mike Carey, Lou Quigley, Keith McNicholas, Alan Barry, John Collopy, Paul Dillion Ger Collopy, Derek Hannon, Bobby Ryan and many more good players playing with them, but they all went their own ways for one reason or another, but the majority of them left becasue the Dines just never seemed to be going anywhere!!!!!
