Ya it's dissapointing for clubs with good history going bust. Some looking to go Junior. Lots of factors with generations of 18+ coming out of youths not sticking at it or brought up by club either.

There was some football played tonight in temple as there seniors took on Knocka
Along with that a lot more younger people going travelling now and the amount of teams around are crazy trying to hold onto lads. Better players will be poached by the household names in MSL. It’s just how it is, a lot of clubs named in earlier post are around a long time so it’s a shame to see.
Any update on FAI Connect clampdown in the AUL this year will it be compulsory in every game?
4-3 to Knocka
Connect crew must be off for August , few teams waiting on transfer and new registrations nearly 2 weeks . Going to be a **** show if u can't add players onto the comet line up and not the clubs fault
Great game last night new players in for knocka or very good Healy from Castleview Senior will be big asset apparently aul season kicking off next week now instead of 21st
2 people in country in charge of all transfers. Imagine if they are off or sick.
If in now, they should be fine for first game, especially if you contact the admins.
2 ! Ah stop . That's a farce. The leagues are going to have to have some grace if there not done
Up to all teams to have their business in order. MSL MJL on tonight. Wait for players if needed, don't cry if not in order.
It's the fai who are slow , 2 weeks waiting for the tick to have players confirmed. How can u blame clubs then ?
It's not the fai.... its the cork aul the season starts Saturday week and I can guarantee you there will be teams play next week that will have player's illegal but then again the cork aul representatives will brush it under the carpet like they did last season.. word on the parish is castleview/juniors/senior's were heavily beat by passage in pre season friendly
If it's okay to use a paper sheet at any game next week, question everything of your opponents teams.
Jesus lads ye really are getting wound up about this.
Connect is fairly straightforward yes it can be slow at time putting new lads on and registrations can be rejected for various reasons but you get a reason for this rejection, you fix this and resubmit and it most cases you are good to go.
All our lads got made active by the AUL durning the week and emails came for them saying they had been made active.
Any blame lies with the club secretary if lads aren’t ready for the season ahead everyone had plenty notice to get it right.
As for the paper match card that is an extreme situation if you have no internet or a problem with your phone.
This should be an very rare occurrence as you can set up your team and squad at home before you every get to the ground
So is it 100% going ahead with the fai connect this season
Lads if all theses transfers aren’t gone through and players or on app still whit team they played for last season or they illegal.
Yes if your not on the app your not legal
Well have we any early tips for leagues top 2 and relegation?
Rumours has it there's a few teams struggling to field in div 1 and 2 and have been given more time and no fixtures by aul
