Was it not the AUL disciplinary committee that gave him 12 months?
Lads you can find plenty of faults in the AUL no doubt.
But the AUL have nothing todo with this suspension.
Was it not the AUL disciplinary committee that gave him 12 months?
I could be open to correction but I’m confident as this was the Munster Junior Cup.
This suspension was handed down by the Munster FA.
Lads don't matter who made decision it's absolutely ? wrong y should he not appeal I.. if it was me I'd pay my own appeal lot facts to be looked at and 1 is the fact paul is wrong onse again..its crazy how if a reff do t like a team our player the can write what the want
Spoke to Knocka lads over quite pint the weekend it was Munster junior cup a certain member of Aul said they can’t back Knocka or do anything for um cause it wasn’t league or local cups.
That's ******** clearly someone them don't like cuff
If im been honest weather it's the player/club money to appeal it will be a waist of money because the mjc/aul will never go against the referee's because if they ever did go against them I'd imagine referee's would go on strike so I'd say keep yer money, the appeal fee probably €500/€1000 and you will get same outcome which is ridiculous that you can't defend yourself wether your right or wrong you should still be giving that opportunity instead of going off biased referee's.
It will be appealed to upper authority in this case it would be the FAI.
Who if he has received notification of a 12 month ban he will also have been told why.
WHO what are the Munster FA suspending him for?
It will be there in black and white.
Cuff played since against City Wanders. I assume this ban was only handed down recently? If it was the MFA that handed it down then I highly doubt it will be overturned if I’m honest whether it’s right or wrong. Sure didn’t they overturn AUL Decision for Grattan points last year so I imagine once they have a ruling there firm on it. The AUL cannot be at fault for this suspension might I add with all the blame it’s getting
Don’t think anyone blaming Aul for it Mfa in charge here but think teams annoyed with the way Aul roll over everytime for referees especially the one in question I be saying it for years when Aul call teams to meeting they should refuse to go simple reason you go out to turners cross some people take time off work to go out and they never believe you or back you they stick with ref report and hit teams with fines the referees organisation say jump and the Aul say how high knowing fact for years.
He was illegal against City Wanderers so if he got sent off in Munster loss v Coachford?
Red gets served in next domestic game if there's no next Munster game.
What do you think of that Who?
I’d say he won’t think much of it Play they played Glenthorne before city wanderers lads said that was his automatic ban so Knocka all good must say tho loosing Cuff is massive for Knocka but bringing Cian Leonard in is like dropping 20 and finding 50 hahaha jammy out.
That's grand so. Must go to FAI so if they want to appeal or it's 12 months out.
It’s a weird situation lads said other night ref reports said he spat as he walked towards him didn’t connect with him but felt like it was in his direction now no coachford player seen it no official from Aul that were at the game seen it but Knocka were told by Aul member not to appeal it they be wasting 1000 euro that’s what it is to appeal cause the MFA won’t go against ref word so looks like the ref has screwed another player for whole season and the players is adamant he didn’t do it but looks like season over early.
Iv nothing against no Ref but no matter how bad/decent/good they are the MFA will never go against them, especially on the alleged incident in Question I don’t even think if opposition or an AUL official stepped forward vouching for the player it wud even matter which if it didn’t happen is a shame as post said previously here players training all year n givin up der time to play
It's been appealed .I think cuff is right weather it's 10 grand it's the fact paul lieing... all paul was short that day was a squad car ffs lol
Who how is he hoping to prove the ref is lieing?
Seems very hard to prove and in the lack of evidence they most likely will back the ref.
Fruice if you where wronged what would you do
It depends on the Circumstances.
WHO how can you disprove the referees report?
Obviously the Munster FA believe what is in the report hence such a serious suspension.
Is the suspension for allegedly spitting in the direction of the referee?
And if not what is the suspension for?
