I think its just results from top 4 countries in each group count?
Does anyone know of a site that goes through all the best runners up permutations?
I know only games involving the top six in the group count, and I think looking at the groups on the BBC site this morning that England (unfortunately) will be almost guaranteed a best runners-up spot with four points from their last two games.

Think that is only four teams tied within the same group. For the best runners-up, all the games count, except for the games placed against the seventh placed teams for those in groups of seven.Originally Posted by pete
