    It might be old school but I always think if a manager is quiet and doesn't show a lot of emotion during the game, then how is he supposed to inspire the players??

    I personally want a boss that is vocal and one that you want to win the match for.

    No way, Martin better not! Plus , i don't think he would be bothered with the carry-on and evilness that comes with the job. I think he's content enough spending time with his family.
