Dublin born striker who played in non league for the last few years, and signed for Exeter in January.
Scored his first league goal on Tuesday, late equaliser against Leyton Orient, at 1:51 below.
His surname is actually Alli
Paaatrick's Agletic
Supposedly attracting interest from Championship clubs Blackburn, Bristol Rovers, and Cardiff.
Call him up, Heimir!
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Interesting upward trajectory for this lad. Interesting name too. It's a crowded field ahead of him to get a look in with our senior squad in the forwards, but if he can nail down a starting place in the Championship he'll at least come into the discussion i suppose.
Doesn't get much of a mention on here but after a good spell at Exeter he is the subject of a bid from Luton.
Got the last 20 mins plus injury this afternoon.
Straight into a relegation battle with new club Luton, considering they were I. The Premier League last season, they're in a right mess down at the bottom of the Championship now.
Scores his first Luton goal at the 11th time of asking, away to relegation rivals Stoke. Looks like he has a way to go yet to be an option at senior level. Obviously time on his side, etc
Although, at 25, he's actually older than most of our main centre forward options right now.
Scored from a left wing-back position. Looks like he has good feet and speed. Guessing his head is screwed on and he is determined given he has worked himself up the divisions. Merits a closer look imo.
Watching Luton today and he does look a decent player. A lot of competition in the forwards but he looks like a lad that wouldn't look out of place in an Ireland squad if called on.
Another two today for Luton, though they're 5-3 down to WBA (for whom Mikey Johnston is on the bench)
They're going down on goal difference as it stands though
Two goals for him today away to WBA. Looks like he’s being relegated with Luton though. Five goals this season and he seems to have come out of nowhere in terms of being worth a call up.
Two nice goals, the second in particular.
Alli has done far more in half a season in the Championship than Connolly or Obafemi managed in a full season in the division. Arguably more than Sinclair Armstrong too. A shame that he's heading for League 1, but he might be worth a look in the friendlies.
Tets, can you update his club on the thread title please ?
Done. As ever, thanks to anyone pointing out out of date titles.
You can't spell failure without FAI
